Helping you make a difference

I have a thorough understanding of the challenging context in which charity and not-for-profit leaders are working. This is because I have worked in team leadership and management roles for several well-known charities since 1996. I have extensive professional experience in Fundraising, HR, L&D and Organisation Development. And so, I also have the relevant skills, knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your goals, whichever sector you work in.


I am a member of the International Association of Facilitators. And I have undertaken facilitation training with the ICA (Institute of Cultural Affairs) and Roffey Park Institute. I have facilitated a wide range of meetings and events both small (< 5) and large (>100). I have worked with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation including Executive Directors and business owners. Events I have facilitated include strategic planning sessions; team away days; project evaluations; stakeholder consultations; innovation and problem solving sessions.

My approach to facilitation is influenced by my knowledge, experience and professional qualifications in organisation development, coaching and positive psychology.

OD Specialist and Coach

I am a certified Organisation Development Practitioner (Roffey Park) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, CPCC, (Coaches Training Institute).  And so, I have a particular interest in organisation culture and values, employee wellbeing and the development of great leaders and managers.

Positive Psychologist

I have an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) with distinction from the University of East London. This informs my approach to life as well as work. As a result, I am passionate about creating working environments in which everyone can flourish and do their best work.


I am also a life-long learner. As well as investing in my own professional development, I am currently studying a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design.
